How to Get Free Shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order:

Zone 1: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France:
All orders qualify for free shipping.

Zone 2: Rest of the world (including rest of EU, the UK, Australia and Canada)

Orders under 5kg have a shipping cost of 20 EUR.
Orders over 5kg (such as a 6-bottle case, 12-bottle case, or 5-liter bag-in-box pouch) qualify for free shipping.

For an easier experience, build your product bundle and remove or add products according to your taste and the highest order efficiency, without the need to navigate to all the products you wish to purchase.

Customs or Excise Duties

Please note that any applicable customs or excise duties are the responsibility of the customer and may vary based on the shipping destination.

Following the recent tariffs, we clarify the following for the US market:

The final price on Myrolion.com does not include customs or excise tariffs.  Customers are responsible for paying these fees on time, upon request by the Customs Office, to receive their order.

Delivery Estimation

– Orders leave our estate within 1-3 business days.

– Shipping takes 5-10 business days.

– A tracking number and tracking link are delivered upon dispatch by e-mail. Tracking information is provided upon dispatch.

From September to January, all products are exclusively available through pre-orders as they are produced. During this time, standard dispatch times do not apply. Orders placed in this period are fulfilled based on product availability and may experience extended dispatch timelines. Customers will receive regular updates regarding their order status, with estimated delivery times provided as production progresses.

During the same period, customers who require their orders within a specific time frame (such as for holiday gifts or special circumstances), we recommend reaching out to us before placing the order through email or chat. Alternatively, please indicate your desired timeline in the custom order note field at checkout. If it is not possible to fulfill your order within the requested period, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund to ensure your expectations are met.

Delivery Times

Please allow 20 days for your order to arrive. If more than 20 days have passed please email Athanasios at [email protected] to review the status of your order. All orders are subject to product availability.

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered.

Refunds & Unexpected Circumstances

At Myrolion, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Below is our refund and return policy, designed to balance fairness and clarity. Please read it carefully to understand your rights and obligations:

Refund Requests Prior to Dispatch

Refund requests will only be accepted if submitted before the order has been dispatched.
In such cases, a full refund, including any shipping costs, will be provided.

Refund Requests After Dispatch

Refund requests submitted after an order has been dispatched will not be accepted.

Failed Delivery Policy

In the rare event of proven damaged goods upon delivery (occurrence rate of less than 0.5%), we will:

Resend the order; or provide a refund equivalent to the value of the lost products.
We work closely with shipping carriers to verify delivery statuses and ensure accuracy.

If a delivery is returned to us after several unsuccessful attempts (e.g., due to incorrect shipping information or the customer being unavailable), we will not resend the package, and we do not offer refunds.

Damaged Goods

Claims for damaged goods will only be honored if the shipping courier has officially validated the damage.
If we suspect misuse or exploitation of our delivery policies, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer engaging in such practices.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

In the event of major disruptions beyond our control (e.g., government-imposed lockdowns, regional conflicts impacting supply chains, or severe weather conditions), shipping timelines may be affected.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
